Shipping policy

Due to Covid-19, please allow up to 3 weeks for items to be packaged and sent out. We are only dropping packages off once a week during this time. We will always try to send out packages as soon as we are available to. We ship out orders via USPS, shipping rates are determined by their automated postage calculator.

PixieExpress is not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit by a third party carrier. However, please reach out and I'll do my best to assist you in troubleshooting your issue.

International Shipping - Import Duties, Fees, & Taxes:

All orders shipping to destinations outside the US are subject to import duties, fees, and taxes of the destination country. Delays may occur if your package is selected for inspection. We do not have control over this process and any additional charges associated with import and delivery fee will be incurred by you (the customer).

PixieExpress is not responsible for any duties, fees, or taxes incurred during the delivery of your package.

We ship worldwide (again!)

Orders that are shipped to countries other than the United States may be subject to import duties, taxes and other fees. These fees are not included in the product price, shipping, or handling prices. PixieExpress does not remit tax and international orders are subject to VAT. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer. This may delay your order for up to two weeks while it is manually inspected by customs.  You must pay these fees to have your parcel released to you. PixieExpress is not responsible for these fees.

By placing an order with PixieExpress, you are responsible for abiding by your country's laws, regulations, and restrictions for imports. If your order is seized by customs, we are not responsible for the losses, product loss, or shipping funds.
